Layered into a round bread loaf with mozzarella and baby spinach leaves, our Favorite Holiday Turkey Melt offers up Thanksgiving flavors without the fuss.

What You Need

 round bread loaf (1 lb.)
1/4
cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2
cup  dried cranberries
1/2
lb.  leftover cooked turkey breast, sliced
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4
cup  thinly sliced onions
2
cups  lightly packed baby spinach leaves

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

CUT 1/2-inch-thick slice off top of bread loaf; set aside. Remove center of loaf, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread for making croutons or another use.

SPREAD inside of bread shell with dressing. Fill with layers of remaining ingredients; cover with top of bread. Wrap in foil.

BAKE 30 min. or until sandwich is heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

How to Make Homemade Croutons
Heat oven to 350°F. Cut bread removed from inside of loaf into small cubes; toss with 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing. Spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake 5 min., stirring after 3 min. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese. Bake 5 to 6 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Add to soups or salads. Store leftover croutons in tightly covered container at room temperature.
Creative Leftovers
To make bread crumbs from the removed bread, process bread in food processor or blender until fine crumbs form.
Variation
Prepare as directed, using 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing and/or KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
