Omit corn syrup. Prepare recipe as directed, using 3 env. (1/4 oz. each) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine and pouring gelatine mixture into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray instead of the champagne flutes. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 36 pieces. Sprinkle with decorating sugar and pomegranate seeds.
Substitute sparkling grape juice for the champagne.
