How to Pipe the Meringue Mixture
Spoon meringue mixture into large resealable plastic bag; cut a 1/2-inch piece from one of the bottom corners of bag. Pipe the mixture in a circular motion onto prepared baking sheets, then pipe an extra layer around the edge of each circle to create a rim.
Meringues can be prepared in advance. Let stand, uncovered, at room temperature up to 8 hours before filling and serving.
