No need to wait for an occasion to serve this festive chicken salad. A good time will be had as soon as the zingy feta and sweet fruit come together.

What You Need

cups  French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
cup  KRAFT Italian Dressing, divided
pkg.  (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
pkg.  (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast
cup  chopped fresh pineapple (1-inch pieces)
 apple, chopped
cup  ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

TOSS bread cubes with 1/4 cup dressing; spread in single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 6 to 10 min. or until golden brown; cool.

TOSS greens with chicken, pineapple, apples and remaining dressing in large bowl. Add bread cubes; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese.

SERVE immediately.
