Festive Side Salad Recipe

What You Need

cups baby spinach

2

medium pears, sliced

1

medium red onion, sliced

3/4

cup PLANTERS Cashews

1

cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

COMBINE spinach, pears, onion and cashews in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing just before serving.

Make Ahead

Combine all ingredients except the pears and dressing. Slice the pears and toss with the dressing. Refrigerate the salad and pears separately until ready to use. Toss the salad with the pear mixture just before serving.

I have made this several times for family and for guests. Everytime I get raves over it. Its very easy to throw together and great for parties.

GREAT! I used less spinach because I was only cooking for 2. I also used canned pears and mixed some of the pear juice with the raspberry vinegarette before pouring over. Definitely a tasty salad.

SUPER easy and sooooooo good. Eight cups of spinach is a LOT, I used 1/2 of that. Also only used 1/2+ cup vinegarette. Everyone wanted the recipe! LoL. I soaked the pears overnight and probably won't do that again. They were too mushy the next day. But otherwise, this was one of the best salads I've ever had the pleasure of making.
