For a fruity change, substitute tart fresh raspberries or sliced peeled fresh peaches for the strawberries.
Serve on chilled plates.

This was very good, but some green onions would have made it even better... It needs a little something to cut through the sweetness...
Great Salad...made it exactly as it says and taste excellent. Have done it for 2 or 3 times already...had it with an avocado sandwich mmmm :)
