I was looking for something I could do for a bite-size appetizer. I filled small phillo dough cups with this spinach dip. It was a huge hit. The olives were a little overpowering, maybe next time I would do a little less, but the dip was still excellent. A different take on spinach dip. The phillo shells get soggy fast so make sure you fill them right before serving.
