I filled small phillo dough cups with this spinach dip. It was a huge hit. The olives were a little overpowering, maybe next time I would do a little less, but the dip was still excellent. A different take on spinach dip. The phillo shells get soggy fast so make sure you fill them right before serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was an excellent recipe. This was an excellent recipe. I did alter the recipe slightly by adding garlic powder and dried onions. I also used the reduced fat feta as well as reduced fat sour cream. There are so many flavors that no one even noticed that I used the reduced fat. I served it with tortilla chips and different flavored pita chips. It was a hit at the BBQ I was invited to.

I have never made spinach dip before but was invited to a vegetarian potluck supper so thought it would be a perfect time to try this recipe. The dip got rave reviews at supper, was easy to make, and tasted delicious! Definitely one to try!
