Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add scallops; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until scallops are opaque. Remove from heat; place in large serving bowl. Gently stir in peas.
  • Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat. Gradually add cream, stirring until well blended. Add Parmesan cheese; cook until completely melted, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place pasta in large bowl. Add scallops, peas and sauce; mix lightly.

Serving Suggestion

For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.

Note

Sauce will thicken upon standing.

Variation

Prepare as directed, using cleaned shrimp, crabmeat chunks or chicken strips instead of the scallops and steamed broccoli florets instead of the peas.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful taste! Wonderful taste! I have 3 very picky eaters, and the 2 smallest ones LOVED it! My husband and I liked it also. My oldest doesn't eat fish, so she didn't try it. I plan on making this over and over. I added some cream cheese to the sauce and it make it even more creamier!! YUMMY!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was delicious! This was delicious! I added a bit more cheese and cream to give a less pastey texture. Large bay scallops would be better than small sea scallops; for more flavor add chopped bacon and/or grape tomatoes. This is perfect served with the Grilled Parmesan Bread (Kraft recipe).
