Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mmmmm... Mmmmm... Delicious! My husband & I love the combination of sweet & spicy flavor with crispy texture! I did marinate the wings for an hour first in watery lemon juice & red wine vinegar & I sprinkled a lil' black pepper on them before baking. Only complaint: the name, they're not that spicy to be called "fiery"! (I would add more hot sauce or cayenne pepper for a more hot spicy flavor.)

I also left my husband in charge of the basting because I wouldn't be home for dinner. When I did get home, there was not ONE wing left. They ate every single one. And then said, "This recipe is a KEEPER!!!" And, so it is, and will be.
