What You Need

1/4

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/4

cup corn syrup

Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

chicken wings (3 lb.)

1/2

tsp. garlic salt

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix dressing, corn syrup and hot pepper sauce; set aside.

PLACE wings in single layer on rack in shallow baking pan; sprinkle with garlic salt.

BAKE 50 min. to 1 hour or until wings are crisp and cooked through, brushing frequently with the dressing mixture after 40 min.

The flavor was good. I marinated it a couple hours before I put it in the oven. I had a few more drops of hot sauce. It was a hit!

Mmmmm... Delicious! My husband & I love the combination of sweet & spicy flavor with crispy texture! I did marinate the wings for an hour first in watery lemon juice & red wine vinegar & I sprinkled a lil' black pepper on them before baking. Only complaint: the name, they're not that spicy to be called "fiery"! (I would add more hot sauce or cayenne pepper for a more hot spicy flavor.)

I made 3x the basting sauce because I bought a huge package of wings -- 5 lbs! I also left my husband in charge of the basting because I wouldn't be home for dinner. When I did get home, there was not ONE wing left. They ate every single one. And then said, "This recipe is a KEEPER!!!" And, so it is, and will be.
