Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this tonight for dinner and was surprised at how well it turned out. I made this tonight for dinner and was surprised at how well it turned out. I ended up using 3/4 of the package of cream cheese because 1/2 didn't want the dish creamy enough. I also used chunky salsa which made the meal more dense. Also added italian dressing when cooking the chicken. Yummy and filling!
