Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was good, and I had added some onion with the green pepper, as well as a little more than a cup... It was good, and I had added some onion with the green pepper, as well as a little more than a cup of the salsa, but didn't have much ooomph! Eevn a lot of black pepper, and some cayenne didn't do much. I think using the Taco Bell salsa was too soupy...maybe some fresher salsa...chunkier?? I doubt I will do it again. Depends on what my son says when he comes home tonite and hits the leftovers....;-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great, and ready in just MINUTES! This was great, and ready in just MINUTES!! I added some chopped onions to the beef as it was cooking with the bell pepper, that seemed to give it some extra taste...then when I was mixing everything together with the Mac & cheese-I used a can of corn, medium salsa, and also threw in a can of chopped jalapenos--also ate it with a bag of FLOUR tortilla chips, it was DELISH!!! :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I recently turned my mom onto the Kraft recipe site and she found and made this recipe. I recently turned my mom onto the Kraft recipe site and she found and made this recipe. She recommended it to me and being the experimentor that I am, I added taco seasoning, red onion and canned corn with red and green pepper to the beef. Deli coleslaw was the perfect side dish to finish the meal. It was a fast and tasty "late work night" meal with left overs for lunch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love cheese. I love cheese. I made the Fiesta Mac and it was very good. I also made the lyanla divine mac& cheese which was fantastic. I am certinly going to keep that it my recipe book as I intend to make it many more times. My family loved it--it is very easy to make and is a very healthy meal. I can also build around it to make a very nice dinner--thanks-Gloria

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband swears he could eat this everyday! My husband swears he could eat this everyday! I skipped the corn and added half a packet of taco seasoning to the meat and peppers as it cooked, then drained off the excess. This was so simple but we were so impressed with the flavor. Will keep to make again and again...especially on busy nights.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This recipe is what it is-mac & cheese with browned hamburger and salsa. This recipe is what it is-mac & cheese with browned hamburger and salsa. Next time I'll make the mac & cheese separately, grill the burgers and serve the salsa on the side (maybe with chips.) A box of pasta with hamburger seasoning mix would have tasted better than this recipe.

I'd recommend adding some chili powder and a dash of cumin to your taste to spice it up. Otherwise it is a quick tasty meal which even fussy kids and husbands should enjoy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a hit with my family. This was a hit with my family. My husband loved it. I didn't have enough salsa for the full amount so I added diced tiomatoes with green chilis, taco seasoning, and onions. It had extra kick!! Great simple meal with tons of flavor.
