Loved it! Added ground beef with a little less rice, jalapeno salsa, and made quesadillas out of it! Yum! Topped with sour cream and guacamole for a real treat!
This is one of my top 5 favorite recipes. It is so delicious I've never tasted tastier tacos!!!
I thought this was very good. Because we prefer tacos with meat, I reduced the amount of rice and added some ground beef. It was very good, and also made great leftovers.
