Variation
Combine 1 each chopped mangos and tomatoes, 1/2 cup rinsed canned black beans, 2 tsp. each chopped fresh cilantro and jalapeno peppers, and the juice of 1 lime. Use instead of the pico de gallo.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.
