  • Beat eggs and milk with wire whisk in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Spoon into greased 9-inch microwavable pie plate. Cover loosely with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes. Stir to completely mix the center and outside edge; smooth top. Cover.
  • Microwave an additional 4 minutes or until no longer moist in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped, for the chopped cooked chicken.

Thought this was great ... had chopped onion in the fridge so used that, chopped up some peppers that were lurking around also added some ground black pepper. I think this will be one of our staple camping meals. I couldn't believe how easy and quick it was to make.
