This microwaved main dish, made with stuffing mix, cooked chicken, tomato, green chilies and onions, couldn't be easier.

What You Need

eggs

3/4

cup milk

cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister

1-1/2

cups chopped cooked chicken

large tomato, chopped

can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained

3/4

cup green onion slices

Make It

BEAT eggs and milk with wire whisk in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

SPOON into greased 9-inch microwavable pie plate. Cover loosely with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes. Stir to completely mix the center and outside edge; smooth top. Cover.

MICROWAVE an additional 4 minutes or until no longer moist in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

It was okay. I used mushrooms instead of the chilies, green pepper, and I used turkey bacon. It was good, but my kids didn't seem too thrilled with it.

this recipe was very good tasting. actually didnt look very appetizing when it was all put together.but the flavors came together quite nicely. i added extra eggs that made it so it wasnt dry. was quite moist. very enjoyable meal.very simple to make.

Thought this was great ... had chopped onion in the fridge so used that, chopped up some peppers that were lurking around also added some ground black pepper. I think this will be one of our staple camping meals. I couldn't believe how easy and quick it was to make.

It was okay, but very dry. It seemed to be lacking something - the flavors didn't stand out.

This was easy and quick although a bit bland. We added salsa to the leftovers. This made it much better.
