Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was Fabulous! This was Fabulous!!!! My family loved it so much there were no leftovers. It was quick and easy to make. I made 2 changes to the recipe, 1st was I used salad shrimp (that was what I had on hand), and 2nd was I used brown rice instead of white. these 2 changes were not too major and really didn't effect the outcome which was awesome! My husband asked to have this add to the menu more often.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice flavor, you can regulate the spiceness by choosing a hotter or milder salsa. Nice flavor, you can regulate the spiceness by choosing a hotter or milder salsa. I also mixed the rice into the mixture rather than serve it over the rice, and the salsa also flavored the rice. Would also work with chicken.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to make, and delicious! So easy to make, and delicious! I added some crushed red pepper for added heat instead of hot sauce. For ease, I also used pre-cooked shrimp and tossed them in at the last minute. We will be having this dish a lot!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was awesome! This was awesome! My husband and I loved it. Great flavor. I added some red peppers too. And I seasoned the shrimp with oregano parsley pepper and garlic powders to give more flavor. It was great I will do it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very yummy. Very yummy. I added a red pepper for extra flavor. I also used frozen, cooked shrimp and just tossed them in at the end. Leave out the first step with the flour and oil, it isn't necessary with a thick salsa.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This recipe is very good. This recipe is very good. The rice, shrimp, and vegetables in the sauce were a great combination. I grilled the shrimp by themselves first and added them in later.
