Good basic recipe. Remember you can add beans (black, pinto) black olives, green onions, corn (I like the mexicorn), extra chopped green chili peppers, cilantro. It can get to be great & your personal recipe.
I made this and altered it some, we didnt have cheese but instead we used con queso dip, just heated it in the microwave and poured it on, very good too! Also i added about 2 cups of salsa. my husband liked it too. I will make again, you should try it!
