  • Layer chips and lettuce on large platter or 4 individual serving plates.
  • Top with the meat mixture, tomatoes and sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese.

I've changed is around some, by not using the salsa instead i use ranch style beans, and instead of sour cream i use either thousand island or rach dressing. My husband loves is and askes for it offten, even my pick toddler will eat this will us. I would recomend this to anyone.

I made this and altered it some, we didnt have cheese but instead we used con queso dip, just heated it in the microwave and poured it on, very good too! Also i added about 2 cups of salsa. my husband liked it too. I will make again, you should try it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good basic recipe. Good basic recipe. Remember you can add beans (black, pinto) black olives, green onions, corn (I like the mexicorn), extra chopped green chili peppers, cilantro. It can get to be great & your personal recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I make this quite often. I make this quite often. My version, however is a little upsidedown. I mix the sour cream with taco sauce and layer it first on a platter, then the hamburger, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. It's wonderful.
