    Yes, I agree, the bread should be toasted before stacking ingredients and doing the 'final' toast. It's very good, but difficult to find that type of bread sliced at the store. DON'T GO TO WALMART AND ASK FOR FRENCH BAGUETTE TO BE SLICED. LOL.
