  • Cook patties as directed on package; cut into strips.
  • Mix dressing, teriyaki sauce and sesame seed.
  • Place lettuce on 2 plates; top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing mixture.


If watching sodium, reduce both the dressing to 2 Tbsp. and the teriyaki sauce to 2 tsp. for a savings of 230mg of sodium per serving.

How to Toast Sesame Seed

Cook and stir sesame seed in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned.


Substitute seedless grape halves for the mandarin oranges.

    I couldn't find the spicy Chik'n patties, so I just used original ones and this recipe still turned out great. The dressing is really tasty, and I liked all the things in the salad.

    I don't know how often I would make this, maybe once or twice a year. Everyone was hesitant to try it but they did eat it. I think what we didn't like about it was the oranges. It made it much too sweet for our taste.
