  • Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks; set aside. Coarsely chop whites; place in medium bowl. Stir in tomatoes, peppers and ham.
  • Blend mayo, water, bread and egg yolks in blender until smooth.
  • Coat fish with flour; gently shake off excess. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Place fish on plate; top with tomato mixture and mayo mixture.
