Made with tomatoes, ham and mayo, this creamy gazpacho salad is the perfect accompaniment for fish. Here, it's served with red snapper fillets.

What You Need

  hard-cooked eggs
 tomatoes, chopped
cup   chopped green peppers
slices  OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, finely chopped
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
Tbsp.  water
slice  white bread
 red snapper fillets (1 lb.)
cup  flour
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Make It

CUT eggs in half. Remove yolks; set aside. Coarsely chop whites; place in medium bowl. Stir in tomatoes, peppers and ham.

BLEND mayo, water, bread and egg yolks in blender until smooth.

COAT fish with flour; gently shake off excess. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

PLACE fish on plate; top with tomato mixture and mayo mixture.
