  • Pour dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each fillet. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
  • Meanwhile, blend next 4 ingredients in blender until smooth; pour into bowl. Stir in parsley. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Add fish to skillet; cook 6 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve topped with sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with roasted red potatoes. Just quarter 2 lb. red potatoes (about 8); place in large bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing; toss to coat. Spread onto bottom of rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 375ºF oven 45 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Me gusto mucho la receta, pero yo agregue un poco de salsa de chile chipotle para mas sabor y en lugar de poner toda la salsa al enfriador, la calente con un poco de mantequilla y luego la agregue al pescado, es deliciosa.
