What You Need

lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

cup milk

clove garlic, minced

Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1-1/2
lb. cod fillets or steaks, cooked

cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peppers, squash), cooked

Make It

COMBINE VELVEETA, milk and garlic in saucepan.

COOK on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in cilantro.

SPOON over fish and vegetables.
