I make this salad often. I stir some granulated sugar into the sour cream before putting it in the salad to take the sourness away. Also I add cherries for color. Never any complaints!!!
I add some red grapes and use low-fat vanilla yogurt rather than sour cream because the grandkids hate sour cream - there are never any leftovers!
So Simple! My family loves this fruit salad. We sprinkle a few chopped pecans on top of each serving. Mmmmm :)
