Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 lb. beef flank or skirt steak; cook until browned on both sides. Add 2 cups water and 1 bay leaf. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 2 hours or until meat is tender. Discard bay leaf. Remove meat from pan; discard liquid in pan. Place meat in separate shallow pan; pull into shreds with 2 forks.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
