PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Grease two 9-inch cake molds with non-stick cooking spray.
IN a large bowl, place cake mix, eggs, soda, vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
DIVIDE batter between two 9 inch cake molds. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 30 minutes in pans then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
TO prepare frosting: IN a large bowl beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until completely combined and smooth.
ADD sugar gradually, beating after each addition until well blended.
FROST and sprinkle with edible flower petals.
