Add Splenda sweetner, the lower fat cream cheese, low fat whip cream, for a dessert everyone can enjoy, a little lime and orange zest brightens the flavor. The low cal version tastes just as good. Fresh thinly sliced strawberries, a dash of splenda, and lime, make a delicious topping (let mix sit a while to ripen flavor). Who ever though yummy cheese cake could be healthy : )

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This looks great! This looks great! recipe looks to be easy to follow, & quick. For those who didn't know; you can decorate the top like the picture by putting the whipped topping in a decorators bag & use a lg. star tip. Colored shredded coconut is @ the base & marzipan flowers are the colored things on top. Tiny jellybeans would be just as cute & easier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've also been making this recipe for years. I've also been making this recipe for years. I make an awesome chocolate version of this. Substitute 1/3 cup of chocolate powdered sugar for the 1/3 c. granulated sugar.....Better yet if you can find the chocolate Cool Whip use that instead of regular Cool Whip. I used to be able to find the choc. Cool whip, it's very rare now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for Easter dinner this year. I made this for Easter dinner this year. I wanted to make the jellybeans look like easter eggs in the grass so I added some shredded coconut dyed with green food coloring and placed the jellybeans on top. My family loved it. It was still light since I used low fat creamcheese and light Cool Whip

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great recipe! This is a great recipe!! I don't really make desserts often but this is the easiest recipe I have ever used. I told someone at work the recipe today. It's so easy to remember and inexpensive to make. I always get compliments on this cheesecake! It's also good with your favorite berry on top.

I am on Weight Watcher's Core program so I used fat free cream cheese, Spenda, Cool Whip Free and reduced calorie graham cracker crust. Instead of adding the jelly beans, I folded in a 1/2 cup of sugar-free red raspberry preserves. It makes a wonderful 3 point dessert!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been making this recipe for about 20 years now! I have been making this recipe for about 20 years now! Everytime I do, people ask me for the recipe. Even my 8 yr old daughter makes it! The only difference is I use the Honey Maid graham crumbs to make the crust in a 13x9 square pan.....it goes further! Thanks Kraft!
