The first time I made this, it was great, very light and sweet. The second time I decided to make it for my baby shower, unfortunately i don't know what went wrong. It just did not take form, I went out of my way and added a whole bunch of powdered sugar but it still did not take shape so we could not frost my cupcakes. went ahead with just heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. I could not bring myself to throw it out so instead I just refrigerated it and wa-la...it turned out. so if anyone has this problem, try to refridgerate it first before frosting.
