STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix at least 2 min. or until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until completely melted. Pour about 1/3 cup of gelatin mixture into each of four parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until set. Meanwhile, let remaining gelatin stand at room temperature.
ADD 1 cup of the whipped topping to reserved gelatin; stir until well blended. Spoon evenly over gelatin layer in parfait glasses. Refrigerate 15 min. or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
