Fluffy Topped Orange Cupcakes

pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

PREPARE cake mix as directed on package for cupcakes, adding dry gelatin mix to cake mix in bowl. Bake 24 cupcakes as directed on package; cool completely.

SPREAD whipped topping on cupcakes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

24 cupcakes werent enough!! Next time I'll have to double the recipe because everyone wanted thirds and fourths. The orange color was so pretty and gave it such a fun twist. Cant wait to make them again!!

You can also save a little Jell-o to add to the Cool Whip for extra color and flavor (even works as a colored-sugar garnish) - yum!

Made this for a cake walk and had a few left over, my kids and husband loved them! I used cream cheese frosting and was very happy with teh results.

Quick and easy to make, it was a great hit for our Halloween. We used a cream cheese frosting instead of the coolwhip topping

These went over great with the children at my church for our Harvest Festival. Word of warning though do not use the whipped topping in cans. The air in the whipped topping deflates quickly!

Very easy - with a different interesting tast and the liteness of the cupcake was perfect for our work-lunch - desert that didn't way us down - will make again.
