Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I thought this was amazing. I thought this was amazing. The stuffing (i bought lower sodium) was not too mushy like others stated. I also used the diced tomatoes with the already added flavor - i think mine was garlic and onion. I did NOT drain the tomatoes and added a pinch of wateer when i was mixing the stuffing and tomatoes together. Everyone was a fan of it at my house - i have picky boys and they LOVED it! I brought the leftovers to work - everyone enjoyed them. Love that the cleanup was easy and it was portion controlled. I did not need anything additional for a "side" etc. I will definately add this to my list of "make again".

This Receipe was quick and easy to make however we all agreed that the stove top topping made it too mushy. The flavor was there. If I had to make this again I would place the chicken breast and all the ingrediences except the cheese in a glass dish. Cover with with foil and bake. Maybe leave the foil off maybe 10 or 15 min.or longer before it is done. Hopefully this will make the stove top topping crunchy. Then when completed I would renove the dish and sprinkle the cheese on it and let it rest for 5 minutes as indicated. In my opinion the stove top should be crunchy not mushy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Serve this with spinach! Serve this with spinach! I reviewed this right after I made it. Now I have enjoyed the leftovers a couple times, and made a delicious discovery. I dished the chicken+stuffing over a bed of baby spinach (with a little balsamic dressing) and it was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it. The dressing was maybe not even necessary, the stuffing and tomatoes give as much flavor and moisture. I now highly, highly recommend serving these over spinach.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DELICIOUS. DELICIOUS. I swapped out frozen home fries for the stuffing, added some salt and pepper to the mix, and left out the basil. Delicious. Definitely a new favorite.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband and I loved it. My husband and I loved it. We'll definitely make it again. The only change we'll make will be to poke some holes in the chicken before adding the stuffing mix so that some of the juices are absorbed into the meat.
