To prevent the stuffing from sticking to the foil, spray the foil with cooking spray or use nonstick foil.
If the chicken breasts in your market are larger than 4 oz. each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear (165°F).

I cooked and crumbled real bacon and used Light Ranch dressing then followed the rest of the recipe. I liked it but my husband didn't. The bacon flavor was strong. I would either eliminate it or cut back to 1/2 slice per serving. I will definitely make this again for me :)
My crew LOVES this. Camping or not. I've made this on a campfire, on the grill at home & also as a ********* in the oven. It's always a favorite. When you need something quick & easy this is an excellent choice!
Very good and easy! Instead of foil packets I took the advice of another reviewer and just put the whole thing in a 9 x 11 casserole dish. I put the stuffing under the broiler for a few minutes to get it crunchy before putting all the other ingredients on top and then baked. My husband and kids loved it!
