  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix soup and 1/4 cup water. Combine stuffing mix and remaining water; spoon onto centers of 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Top with chicken, ham, vegetables and soup. Fold foil to make 6 packets; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.

Cooking Know-How

If the chicken breasts in your market are larger than 1/4 lb. each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear (165°F).

How to Safely Handle Raw Chicken

Always wash hands, preparation surfaces and utensils in hot, soapy water before and after contact with raw chicken. Dry hands and surfaces with a clean towel or paper towels. Take special care in washing worn cutting boards as there may be hard-to-clean grooves or cracks that can collect bacteria.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh my! Oh my! This receipe was so good. I followed the receipe from a comment I added a slice of provolone between the chicken and the ham. I used honey ham from the deli. I also added a pkg of onion soup mix to the stuffing. I did not use the vegetables I was going to use broccoli maybe next time I made my vegetables sweet corn on the side. I would highly recommend this if you don't have alot of time and want to make something that goes a long way trust me your family will love it. Also I did not add the amount of water it required and it came out perfect.... instead of using oridinary cream of mushroom I used roasted garlic for flavor.

I just made this recipe and used instant brown rice on the bottom instead of stuffing (seasoned the rice with garlic powder, salt, and pepper) then topped the chicken breasts (which I cut to be about a half inch thin) with portabella mushrooms, peas, and cream of mushroom soup! It was good comfort food and healthy, will probably make again.

Thighs were small and used 2 per packet. Cooked on the grill to keep from heating up the kitchen. Will certainly repeat this recipe.__Thank you

Was looking for an easy chicken recipe to make the next day, and I found it among my tried and true file. Made it again today and my husband and I both loved it. Will not misplace the recipe again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was very nice. It was very nice. However, the next time I make it I would divide the breast crosswise and make for a thinner breat and adjust the cooking time. I bought the smallest breasts I could find but they were still too thick. The flavor was really quite nice. I think a thinner breast would absorb the sauce better. Also it was very filling. I made roasted potatoes and a salad. The potatoes were not needed at all. A nice dinner to prepare in the morning and pop in the oven when you get home from work.

I used fresh broccoli instead of peas in my husband's packet. Otherwise, followed recipe and family really liked it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was the first Kraft recipe I was disappointed in. This was the first Kraft recipe I was disappointed in. I like bland foods but this was really bland. I`m kosher so I didn`t but the ham in it so to make up for the lack of flavor I used the savory herb stuffing mix. That didn`t help. When my husband at it he asked if I had salted the chicken, which I didn`t becuase the recipe didn`t call for it. If I make it again I will salt the chicken first. It was better the second day though so it wasn`t a total waste
