What You Need

1/4

cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread

1/4

cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream

Tbsp. prepared horseradish

Tbsp. lemon juice

whitefish fillets (1 lb.), each cut crosswise in half

cups baby spinach leaves

small zucchini, cut into thin matchlike sticks

1/2

cup thinly sliced red peppers

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX first 4 ingredients until well blended.

PLACE 1 fish piece onto center of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil; top each with 1 cup spinach and second fish piece. Top with zucchini, peppers and cream cheese mixture; fold to make packets. Place in single layer in 15x10x1-inch pan.

BAKE 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 min.

this was so easy and so good. i did add a little more horseradish to the sauce. my husband and i just loved it. i made it with cod.

This was great! Came out very moist with great flavors! I used salmon and I substituted regular light cream cheese and added dried chives.

I like the self-contained meal, and the zesty sauce was a nice complement to mild fish.

I thought it was very good. My family was less than pleased and scrapped everything off of it. I would definitely make it again. I would just have to invite non-picky eaters over for dinner!

Now, this one is a keeper. I had no red peppers or zucchini on hand, so substituted carrots and asaparagus. Was awesome...Next time, I will follow the recipe and I bet it will be just as good.
