This is an easily modified recipe to your liking. The base is the fish, mayonaise, and parmesan cheese.
I skipped the cayenne pepper, but added ground black pepper, garlic powder, and some oregano. Also threw in a handfull of bay scallops. For veggies, use whatever you have. I used brocolli and baby carrots cut in slices. Came out great.
This is a great a recipe, I used Red Snapper, just using mayo and sprinkled the fish with lemon pepper seasoning, On the side I skewered the veggies using summer squash and zuchinni basted with Italian dressing, excellent way to prepare grill fish.
