Rated 1 out of 5 by from On paper, this looked like it would be good. On paper, this looked like it would be good. However, when made, it was very dry and I found it to be a waste of pricey ingredients. Also, it had very little flavor. Could definately whip up something much tastier myself-or even easier I could use something premade out of a box. I would definately not recommend this recipe.

Though I did change it a bit because of the previous comments. skipped the blue cheese and used a creamy garlic Alfredo sauce mix and 1 cup of shredded Swiss Cheese and reduced the Parmesan to 2 Tbsp. I also added pre-steamed fresh broccoli instead of frozen.

Added chicken but found there was little flavor for the amount of cheeses. The broccoli and mushrooms were also a strange tasting combo. Not worth the money or time.

I also skipped the blue cheese and used a shredded cheese blend of mozzarella, romano, and provolone. It was great! I just used a bit more ricotta to make it less dry. I like fresh mushrooms better, but either are fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe 3 times. I have made this recipe 3 times. Like alot of the other cooks I used alfredo sauce instead of the blu-cheese. I also doubled the recipe, using 2 jars of alfredo sauce. It has become one of our favorite dishes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I found this to be too dry. I found this to be too dry. I would make it again but I would alter it and I believe I would substitute the blue cheese w/another type of cheese. I love blue cheese but it was very over powering in this dish.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found this recipe to be very good. I found this recipe to be very good. Next time I will steam the brocoli a little, as I found it to be a bit undercooked. I also didn't use a whole 16-oz box of bow ties, as I felt that would make it to dry.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from If you make this omit the blue cheese. If you make this omit the blue cheese. Add something a little lighter. Also, next time if I were to make this i think I would mix in a little white pasta sauce. It just seemed dry, and bland.
