Great recipe. I doubled the recipe, and used Italian seasoned Ground Turkey mix. For my mix, I did the cream cheese, cottage cheese and shredded parmesan and did my layering, however after I put the layer of sauce on top, I sprinkled the 5 cheese mix on top of that. I used 2 bags total of that for this recipe. I used 2 jars of good size for sauce total. I also added 2 dry packets of Good Seasons Italian dressing to meat/onion mix and even a few good shakes/sprinkles of Italian seasoning, I DID NOT use the oregano and my season/taste was absolutely a perfect Italian meal. It was perfect made this way!
