Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oldie but goodie I've made this same pizza for my daughter's birthday, every year, since she was 4. She's now 37 and still asks for it. It's not a new recipe, for what that's worth, but is very tasty. You don't have to limit to berries, either. I have used all sorts of fruit, and I've made a tasty glaze with orange juice/sugar/corn starch and painted it on top with a pastry brush to add a touch of elegance, and keep the fruit from browning (citric acid in orange juice). VERY tasty. It does not keep well at all, though. Starts to 'weep' if stored as leftovers, and crust gets very soggy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Anytime Fruit Pizza I've been making this recipe for about 15 years. We mix powdered sugar in the cream cheese instead of regular sugar. Also parchment paper works great to keep the crust from sticking to the pan. We make this year round with whatever fruit is fresh. For valentine's day we sometimes put a little red food coloring in the cream cheese to give the frosting a pink color. This is often requested by my adult children on their birthday in lieu of a birthday cake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crowd pleaser Made this recipe today for a picnic and everyone loved it. None left to take home. Had to use Tofutti cream cheese because we're dairy free.
