  • Cook and stir meat in oil in large skillet on high heat 2 min. or until browned.
  • Add water, rosemary, lemon peel and juice. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and carrots. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 min.
  • Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Top with tomatoes and cheese.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This was okay. This was okay. I used 2 cans of canned tomatoes, but they didn't add a very good flavor-- tasted a bit sour. Next time I will probably just add a few tomatoes and maybe throw in a dash of worcestershire sauce for more flavor. It was easy, so I may make it again if I'm in a bind.

Didn't care for the rosemary. The dried was awful. I also added canned tomatoes and let them cook in. Had to add more water because it was too dry.

I liked it and it was easy, but I used the garlic/herb feta and a little worcestshire to give extra flavor. I thought it was good. DH thought lacked flavor still, and kiddos refused to eat it.
