Freestyle Peach Tart

Want in on the juicy truth? This delectable tart is almost too easy. Cinnamon, cream cheese and fresh peaches bake up into a bubbly masterpiece.

What You Need

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)

1/3

cup sugar

tsp. ground cinnamon

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

large fresh peaches, peeled, sliced (about 2 cups)

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

UNROLL pie crust onto foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Mix sugar and cinnamon; mix 1 Tbsp. with cream cheese. Spread onto crust to within 2 inches of edge.

RESERVE 1 Tbsp. of the remaining sugar mixture. Toss peaches with remaining sugar mixture; spoon over cream cheese mixture. Fold edge of crust over peaches, leaving center uncovered; sprinkle with reserved sugar mixture.

BAKE 25 min. or until crust is golden brown and fruit juices are bubbly. Cool slightly before removing tart from baking sheet. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

Special Extra

Stir additional 1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar into COOL WHIP before spooning over tart.

I wanted something easy...and it was! The only change I made was dotting it with about 2 extra T. of butter in little pieces before putting into the oven. My daughter's co-workers wanted her to share her piece the next day, and she wouldn't. ha ha. I want to try this with other fruit. Thank you!

This was so delicious, and SO easy! I made it with apple pie filling because my mom doesn't like peaches, and it was absolutely delish! Will be making it over and over!

Simple ingrediants and so easy to make. I made one for my guest yesterday for 4th of July and they all loved it and wanted more, so I made another.

Simple yet delicious! The hardest part was pealing the peaches, but once that's done, the rest is a breeze! I will definitely make again and even try with other fruits.

This was delicious! I added the cinnamon/sugar mixture to the cool whip and it really made the dessert. This will be my "go to" for dinner parties. Would also be wonderful with apples.
