  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.
  • Microwave caramels and 2 Tbsp. half-and-half in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute.
  • Process nuts and flour in food processor until nuts are finely ground. Add caramel sauce; pulse just until blended. Add eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and remaining half-and-half; pulse just until blended.
  • Place apples in crust; cover with caramel mixture.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until pie filling is slightly puffed and crust is golden brown. Cool.
