Put a little ooh la la in your next weeknight meatloaf with a cheesy breadcrumb mix and crushed French fried onions.

What You Need

pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Classic Four Cheese Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, divided
2
lb.  lean ground beef
1/4
cup  finely chopped yellow onions
2
 green onions, sliced
2
 eggs
1
can  (2.8 oz.) French fried onions, coarsely crushed, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

RESERVE 1/4 cup cheese from FRESH TAKE package. Mix remaining cheese with bread crumbs, meat, yellow onions, green onions, eggs and half the fried onions just until blended.

SHAPE into 10x6-inch loaf in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 1 hour. Top with remaining fried onions and reserved cheese; bake 15 min. or until cheese is melted and meatloaf is done (160°F).
