I've made this for book club, parties, work, and EVERYONE loves it.
Really good and popular when served with Tostidos Scoops. Can be used like Pico de Gallo; as a salsa topping for grilled chicken or fish or even as a side salad with some olives in it. Ooh, good recipe.
