  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 5 min. or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta sauce; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly. Top with cheese.


Prepare using whole wheat penne pasta.

    This reminded me alot of the ************** Steamer Chicken Marinara Pasta Bowl, which is one of my favorites. I cooked the chicken in a mixture of spices, which helped the overall flavor immensely. I omitted the dressing to cook the chicken when I did this. I also used an Italian blend of cheeses to put on top, instead of just mozzarella. It added a bit of a complex set of flavors, which we all enjoyed. My husband ate this up with just those few small changes.

    Bland, bland, bland. Don't bother with this unless you're dieting and remove all reference to cheese.
