Kraft Kitchens Tips

Food Facts
Panko crumbs are typically used as a coating for fried foods in Japanese cooking. Since they're coarser than bread crumbs, they produce a deliciously crunchy crust.
How to Blanch the Fresh Green Beans
Add beans to large pan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain beans, then immediately plunge into bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. When beans are completely cooled, drain and pat dry.
