Definitely a keeper. Added more vegetables and fresh basil.
I LOVE this recipe, and in the summer, it's great on HOT weather days.
When the garden is full of green peppers,
one CAN swap out the green peppers, finely chopped, (not cooked in any way)
instead of green beans.
It's even BETTER that way, imo.
This was so good & easy! I used whole wheat pasta and fat free dressing, added a bit of red onion. Yum!
