What You Need

2-3/4

cups water, divided

pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin, divided

mango

can (12 oz.) evaporated milk

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

BRING 3/4 cup water to boil. Add to 1 pkg. gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour 1/4 cup gelatin into 2-qt. glass bowl or mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, peel and cut mango into 1/8-inch thick slices.

ARRANGE mangos, with slices slightly overlapping, over gelatin in bowl. Gently pour remaining lemon gelatin mixture over mangos. Refrigerate 15 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.

MEANWHILE, bring remaining water to boil. Add to combined remaining gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in evaporated milk. Refrigerate 30 min.; pour over gelatin layer in bowl.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold dessert onto serving plate just before serving. Top with COOL WHIP.

How to How to Unmold Dessert

Refrigerate dessert several hours or overnight until completely firm. Dip bowl in warm water, just to rim, for 15 sec. Lift from water and gently pull gelatin from edge of bowl with moistened fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of bowl. Invert bowl and plate, then shake to loosen gelatin. Gently remove mold. If mold is still not ready, place in warm water for another 5 sec.

Hice esta receta pero no me salio muy buena, pues estaba muy acido el mango, y no tenia buen sabor.

Es una receta muy deliciosa y puedes conquistar a todos tus invitados con ella, una vez que la prueban todos te piden la receta y tu la querras volver a preparar es facil y rapida de preparar. Felicitaciones a la persona que la invento.

No encontre mango y a ultimo momento la hice con fresas... riquisima! me encanto porque no queda demasiado dulce ni empalaga. La presentacion es muy bonita.

En realidad pense que no me saldria igual pero pense mal, a mi familia le encanto y quedo contentisima, lo hize para el cumpleanos de mi madre y a mi familia le encanto, en verdad gracias por esta gran ayuda.

me encanto esta receta, porquqe es facil y a mi familia le encanto, especialmente a mi esposo y eso me hace sentir muy bien. nunca habia comido algo asi, pero me encanto. gracias kraft, porque gracias a la revista y a los mensajes que me envian ahora hago buenas comidas y mi familia esta encantada. que Dios les bendiga ricamente.
