Mild mozzarella cheese and assorted fruit are drizzled with a lemon yogurt, mint and ginger dressing in this refreshing salad.

what you need

containers (6 oz. each) lemon low-fat yogurt
1
Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
Dash ground ginger

lb. POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella, Ciliegine, drained

cups assorted fruit (honeydew melon balls, cantaloupe balls, watermelon balls, seedless red and green grapes)

Make It

MIX yogurt, mint and ginger until well blended; cover.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until chilled.

ARRANGE fruit and cheese on serving plate. Drizzle with the yogurt mixture just before serving.

Substitute
Substitute 1 cup KRAFT Creamy Poppyseed Dressing for the yogurt, mint and ginger.
Make Ahead
Prepare yogurt dressing as directed. Toss cheese with fruit in large bowl; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then drizzle with the dressing.
