What You Need

cups fresh pineapple chunks

can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

banana, sliced

1/2

cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Make It

MIX all ingredients in large bowl. Serve immediately.

I have been looking for this recipe for a long time. It is more like old fashioned ambrosia which my mother made when I was growing up in the 40's except the coconut wasn't toasted. This is definitely southern ambrosia.

I made this for easter instead of using the regular fruit salad with cool whip, I love it, love it, I made it twice already. thank you so much kraft, this is my favorite new fruit salad.

I made this for a cookout for my daughter's birthday. All of the kids loved the extra marshmallows that I put in it, and the other parents were impressed that their kids were actually eating the fruit too!

I ABSOLUTELY WOULD MAKE THIS AGAIN. I SERVED A GROUP OF SENIORS THIS WONDERFUL DISH AND THEY (ALL) RATED IT 5*. I ADDED JELLO CREAMY VANILLA PUDDING TO THE WHIPED CREAM AND LET THE DISH SET FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. THANK YOU

a great dish! During holiday's I add red cherries and kiwi for festive color! I too serve toasted coconut on the side. Very light and compliments many meals. Kids love it, too!
